The San Antonio Film Festival (SAFF) begins on Monday, June 17th at the Hemisfair in San Antonio with a free regional premiere screening of the documentary, Texas Before the Alamo. The event starts at 7:15 p.m. and will be presented on a large outdoor screen near the Magik Theatre, close to the entrance at the intersection of South Alamo and Cesar Chavez.
The film is presented by the SAFF, in association with Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México-San Antonio, Texas Senator Leticia Van de Putte, ATENEO and others.
On Tuesday, June 18th, SAFF hosts Community Screenings free and open to the public at the Josephine Theater, 339 W. Josephine. The event includes three films and they begin at 7pm.
