HEAR ME/SEE ME, A Multimedia Presentation of Young Immigrant Stories

“Children need to be seen and heard. Young students living in Austin recently recorded their stories of coming to the United States from Afghanistan, Congo, Ethiopia, Korea, Thailand, Cuba, El Salvador, Iraq, and Bhutan. Their resilience and faith inspire me.

I want others to see and hear them, too.” – Rodolfo Mendez, Director Ballet East Dance Company
